I’ve been trying to do better about basic things … like flossing my teeth in the morning and putting on make-up. Of course, I’ve been looking for ways to streamline things. This morning, when I was doing my 30-second Listerine swish, I realized my nose was stuffy. Stupid me, I thought I could do both at the same time.
Morning Rule #1: It’s not possible to blow your nose when you have Listerine in your mouth. The Listerine comes out your nose.
Ouch.
