Unfortunately, the Spiders did a bit of falling (both literally and metaphorically) over the weekend at the tournament.There were some magnificent plays, but there were a few more less-than-stellar plays. Shall we say that overall, they didn’t play their best, and leave it at that?
I’m sure the boys will pull themselves together, rise again after their fall, and finish the season strong. They’re in third place in their baseball league (out of 24 teams), so they’ve got the playoffs to look forward to.
