Sort of unexpectedly, the pool company called late yesterday (after 5 PM) and said they had an excavation team that could work today, did we want them? YES!
So, three men and one yellow digger (backhoe? front-end loader?) spent the day digging a giant hole in our yard. Rebar, plumbing and concrete are next.
