We had a wonderful time. Fiona rode absolutely every ride possible (she wasn’t tall enough for Rockin’ Rollercoaster!). We especially loved the Tower of Terror!
The princess breakfast was a big success…Fiona got to talk to five different princesses and Jack and Owen successfully managed to speak to none.
One win and one loss so far in the Amwell tournament. Two more games to go to see if the team makes it to the semi-finals. Photos from the first two days of games are here.
The roboball cheetahs (or “cheetos” as the kids called themselves) finished up a great season.
Some photos from the last of the season are here. (If you make it to the end, there are some great headshots of a few of them. I’m sorry I didn’t get one of everyone; they were very squirmy at that point.)
Thanks to parents and players for a lot of fun. Have a great summer.
The Mangan Mets went 4-1-1 to end the season playing their best baseball of the year. All the boys contributed, and I think they all improved their skills in one way or another.
The Spiders were in a bit of a slump, but it looks like they’re coming out of it just at the right time, with the playoffs starting this weekend. The bats are warming up and the defense is looking strong.
Kevin has been working hard to try to grow grass around the pool after all the construction last year.
There are a couple of really low spots that he’s struggling with.
After all the rain we’ve had, Jack looked out the window this morning at the puddles in the yard and suggested that Kevin might have better luck growing rice.
